We ensure that your Form I-693 is accurately completed and sealed for submission. With fast turnaround times and expert medical care, CAM Medical Group can complete your immigration medical exam and paperwork in as little as one week.

Why do you need an immigration medical exam?

A USCIS-required immigration medical exam (also known as a green card medical exam) is a mandatory step for anyone entering or seeking permanent residency in the United States.

The U.S. government has specific health standards for those immigrating to the U.S. This exam ensures that you meet these standards and prevents delays or denials based on medical grounds of inadmissibility.

This exam is used to confirm that you:

  • Are free from communicable diseases of public health significance
  • Are up to date on required vaccinations
  • Do not have a medical condition associated with harmful behavior
  • Have no history of drug abuse or addiction

Form I-693 for Your Immigration Medical Exam

As part of this process, USCIS requires a completed Form I-693 - Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record to document your health status.

Not just any doctor can sign this form; a USCIS-designated civil surgeon must complete it. At CAM Medical Group, our certified civil surgeon conducts your immigration medical exam and ensures that your Form I-693 is completed correctly and processed efficiently.

Our team can help you with:

  • Accurate completion: After your medical exam, our certified civil surgeon will fill out and sign Form I-693, ensuring all required medical details are properly recorded.
  • Sealed submission: You will receive your completed Form I-693 in a sealed envelope, which must remain unopened for submission to USCIS. Any tampered or unsealed forms may be rejected.

Immigration Medical Exam Pricing

At CAM Medical Group, we offer transparent, tailored pricing to meet the unique needs of each patient. We understand that not everyone needs every test or vaccine. You may already have certain immunization records or completed lab work.

That is why we offer multiple immigration medical exam packages tailored to your vaccination history and exam requirements. All of our packages include services provided by our USCIS-designated civil surgeon and ensure your Form I-693 is completed accurately.

Here is a breakdown of our immigration medical exam packages.

Basic Package - $390

For patients who have complete immunization records, we provide a basic immigration medical exam package. This package includes the physical exam, TB test, syphilis test (RPR), and gonorrhea test.

If you already have recent results for the TB, RPR, or gonorrhea tests, your pricing may be lower. Please call our office for more personalized pricing based on the records you can provide.

Standard Package - $490

For patients who may have partial vaccination records, we provide a standard immigration medical exam package. This package builds on the basic package by also including antibody titer tests to check for immunity.

An antibody titer test measures the amount of specific antibodies in your blood, helping us determine whether you have developed immunity to certain diseases, from past vaccination. Based on your results, we will guide you on the remaining vaccinations you may need to complete your Form I-693.

Comprehensive Package – $1200

If you do not have any vaccination records, we offer a comprehensive immigration exam package that covers everything you need.

This includes all required vaccines (except COVID-19 and flu vaccines), antibody titer testing, and all services from the basic package. This option is ideal if you are unsure of your vaccine history or have not had access to regular medical care. With everything handled in one place, we ensure your documentation is complete and compliant for immigration submission.
